The Senior Manager will work side-by-side with a hospital’s Patient Financial Services team to drive performance in the following areas relating to Patient Financial Services: charge capture, pre-billing, billing, follow-up, cash posting, account resolution. An ideal candidate will resolve escalated issues and manage workplans to effectively drive initiatives to completion while guiding and coaching direct reports, peers, and our clients.
They will partner with the revenue cycle teams to serve as the day-to-day point of contact for driving HealthRise initiatives in each department, utilizing analytics to drive process improvements and execution to achieve world class performance.
This position will require traveling to client sites four days a week and occasional travel to our corporate headquarters in Southfield, Michigan. Location of the client site varies, so candidates must be flexible with travel.

The Senior Manager is a highly motivated and driven individual with experience in hospital revenue cycle operations or consulting. He/she must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable directing or challenging partner staff and coworkers. The successful candidate will be able to establish credibility and rapport quickly with a broad set of partners and internal team members.
