By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply only to your use of the public-facing Site. They do not govern any client engagement, consulting services, software products, or other commercial relationship with Healthrise, which are governed by separate written agreements.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site;

- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content except as expressly permitted in these Terms; or
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or impersonate Healthrise or any of its employees or representatives.
4. Informational Content Only; No Professional Advice
Content on the Site including articles, insights, case studies, statistics, and descriptions of services is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, clinical, or compliance advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. No content on the Site creates a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and Healthrise. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on any information found on the Site.

The Site and all of its content including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, page designs, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof are owned by Nuco Health, LLC d/b/a Healthrise (“Healthrise”) or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“Healthrise,” the Healthrise logo, marks, and any related product or service names (including, without limitation, Denials Navigator) are trademarks of Nuco Health, LLC and its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site and its content for your personal or internal business informational use. All other rights are reserved.
6. Submissions and Communications
If you submit information to us through the Site — for example, through a contact form, demo request, newsletter signup, or job application — you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient records, or other sensitive personal or confidential information through the Site. The Site’s public forms are not intended or designed to receive PHI, and any exchange of such information with Healthrise occurs only under separate written agreements with appropriate safeguards.
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you voluntarily submit regarding the Site or our services may be used by Healthrise without restriction or obligation to you.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information gathered through the Site. Please review it carefully.
8. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, content, or resources (including social media platforms and affiliated companies). These links are provided for convenience only. Healthrise does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites’ own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HEALTHRISE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTHRISE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL HEALTHRISE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Healthrise and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any legal action arising out of these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Healthrise may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for IP or unauthorized access claims.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Healthrise regarding your use of the Site. This site is not directed to children under the age of 13.
